Health surveillance is a system of ongoing health checks. These health checks may be required by law for employees who are exposed to things such as:
Noise, vibration, ionising radiation, solvents, fumes, dusts, biological experts, substance hazardous to health, work in compressed air.

New Employee Health Screening
New employee health screening evaluates an applicant’s declared health conditions in relation to the hazards, risks, activities and environment of the job to which they are being recruited.
The Equality Act 2010 limits the circumstances in which you can ask health-related questions before an applicant is offered a job. An offer of employment can be made to be subject to a satisfactory medical assessment.
Management Referrals
Referral of staff to the Occupational Health Service can provide you with the clear and objective advice to enable you to manage health related absence effectively. This can be done via telephone , video or face to face.
Driver Medicals
We can deliver Fork lift truck driver medicals and driver medicals on site or at a clinic near you.
Driver medicals are based on the latest DVLA Medical Standards of Fitness to Drive guidelines.
FLT medicals are carried out based on the medical standards set out in Safety in working with Lift Trucks, HSE HS (G) 6.
Wellbeing Services
We can provide wellbeing talks , workshops , wellbeing days at your company or a venue near to you if you prefer.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
